財団法人トータルファッション協会が主催するこの全日本ファッションコンテストは歴史あるコンクールである。　今回、金賞　通商産業省局長賞というグランプリは　9000点の応募者から48点の最終選考に残りその中から最優秀グランプリ金賞を受賞する事ができた。

この作品は実際に銅から緑青を作り出している。

まず、黒い蝋引きのコードはスーツのパターンに合わせてグルーガンで格子状に編み上げられる。ジャケットは三重にパンツは二重に重ねられ、裏地にオーダンディを使う。　各パーツはスーツに仕立てられ、銅のワイヤーでポケットや各所を縁取りする。不規則に銅の粉塗料でコーティングし、それを腐食剤で錆びをださせ、実際に緑青を浮かび上がらせる。この作品を仕上げる段階でそれは大きな実験であり、それは又ユニークで美しい作品となった。

This competition was suponsored by Association of Total Fashion, a leading fashion contest in Japan.  Mitsuko  was received the Grand Prix Gold Prize with this unique experimental costume.  With the use of glue-gun, black waxed cotton cords were braided for a lattice look.  Using organdy as a inner-layer, the jacket has three and the bottom has two layers of braided work.  It is edged-out by copper wires on pockets and other areas.  Then, unevenly coated the work with powdered-copper paint and with a use of chemical treatment, rusty looks of copper are made.  This process was a challenging experiment but came out to be a unique and beautiful work.  She received a free trip to Paris and Milan as a prize.
